Michigan Santa Claus Guarantee & Return Policy

Michigan Santa Claus guarantees your satisfaction with our products. If you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you can return it subject to the following guidelines.

• For questions about your order, please read Letters FAQ.
• You have 30 days from the date of the order receipt to return the item for a refund or exchange.
• All returns must be in their original packaging.
• We cannot accept merchandise that has been altered or damaged in any way.
• We will issue a refund for the cost of the product, less shipping charges & processing fees, which are non-refundable.
• We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to weather, accidents or mistakes that are not in our control once the order is shipped via USPS. Article damages, undeliverable addresses and lost or stolen packages are examples of such occurrences. Please contact your first class mail delivery system and file damages through them.

Refund
A full merchandise refund will be issued within 10 working days of receipt of acceptable returned merchandise, less original shipping & processing costs.

Exchanges
We will replace orders with typographical errors that Michigan Santa Claus inadvertently incurs. If Santa has misspelled a name, please contact us immediately and a replacement will be sent.

Typographical Errors
If the customer has inadvertently made a typographical error during the ordering process, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot be responsible for typographical errors on orders that are placed by the customer after the order has been processed.
